Method of Preparation
1. Soak Masala: Soak Gravy Roots Packet No.1
(Butter Chicken Masala) in 150 ml water for 5 minutes..
2.Marinate Chicken: Mix Packet No.2 with 1 kg chicken and add salt as needed. Marinate for 5 minutes.
3..Heat 3 spoon butter in a pan. Add the marinated chicken and fry for 1 minute. Then add the soaked masala and 300 ml water. Bring it to a boil.
4. Add Cashew Paste: Mix Packet No.3 (cashew powder) with 40 ml water and add to the curry.
After it boils, cook on low flame. Add 2 tsp butter at the end. Note: Water and salt can be adjusted to taste.
