Returns & Exchange Policy

Gravy Roots does not accept returns once an order has been successfully placed and payment has been made. Customers are requested to place an order only if they agree with this condition.

However,Gravy Roots will allow exchanges of products purchased through the website, subject to the terms outlined below:

  • Exchange requests will be accepted only if the product(s) received are damaged or expired.

  • Customers must inform Gravy Roots of their intention to exchange the damaged or expired product within 2 hours of receiving the order at their shipping address.

  • Products may only be returned after receiving written email confirmation from Gravy Roots.

  • Replacements will be processed once the returned product is received by Gravy Roots. The courier charges for returning damaged products will be covered by Gravy Roots.

  • Return shipments must be sent to the original dispatch address (to be confirmed by Gravy Roots.

  • All returns, exchanges, and replacements will be processed within 2–5 working days, and replacements/exchange items will be delivered within 3–10 working days.


Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once they have been successfully placed and processed by the payment gateway.

  • Refund requests will only be entertained in the following case:

    • If the shipping location is not serviceable by our courier partners.

  • Refunds will not be provided for damaged products. Such cases will be handled strictly under our exchange policy.

  • Once a refund is confirmed in writing, the amount will be credited to the customer’s original mode of payment within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

    • Incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

    • Recipient unavailable at the delivery address/premises.

    • Refusal to accept the order.

    • Delivery made to a person/address as specified by the customer (other than the customer themselves).

    • Delays or issues caused by force majeure events.

    • Products that have been tampered with after delivery.
